Clerical support opportunities are available at St. Paul’s Hospital and Mount Saint Joseph Hospital. 

Medical Office Assistants (MOA)

St. Paul’s Hospital and Mount Saint Joseph Hospital welcome MOA placements; however only a few clinics provide these placement opportunities, so space is limited to just a few annually.

Requests are currently organized directly between the school and the units, then submitted and confirmed in HSPnet. 

Orientation

• Review the Orientation page and complete all requirements that are applicable to you.
• Patient Information System - students at a site with CST Cerner (electronic health record system) in use will need access. Refer to the Computer Training to learn about access and training. 

Hospital Support Specialitsts (HSS)
